Testimonio enviado al prefecto de Lima, sobre el registro en folio suelto dejado para protocolar. Se establece que por real acuerdo de justicia del 17/12/1725, el capitán Antonio Pérez recibió de la caja general de censos una cantidad de pesos al día siguiente, pagadera en cuatro años, dejando como hipoteca sus casas ubicadas en la calle de los Gallos y de Nazarenas, las que heredó José Antonio Amarita, sucediéndole posteriormente el finado Andrés Calero.
