Asimismo, Baldomero Jara, notario público de la provincia de Trujillo, da fe que, Carlos Larco Herrera no quiso recibir la carta notarial. Por lo que le devuelve la carta al doctor Eleazar Boloña, abogado de los Señores Larco Herrera Hermanos. Inculye duplicado de la carta notarial (folio 3).
