Oficio de José Freyre, presidente interino del departamento de Lima, a Mariano Vidal, ministro de Hacienda, comunicando que debido a que Felipa Ramírez, del gremio de Chocolateros, no pudo cubrir la cantidad de pesos señalados en el cupo, ofreció a cambio una cantidad de pesos en plata y un esclavo el que, por estar en edad militar, fue aceptado verbalmente por el Presidente de la República.
