Copia de Primer Testimonio de escritura de poder, expedida por el notario Manuel R. Chepote. Rafael Larco Herrera, peruano, viudo, agricultor, vecino de Lima, mayor de edad, hábil para contratar e inteligente en el idioma castellano; él le otorgó una minuta de Poder a favor del doctor Lucio I. Flores, vecino de la ciudad de Trujillo, para que intervenga en todos los juicios, ya sea como demandante o demandado y le pueda representar ante los Poderes Públicos, con cuyo objeto le confiere las facultades generales del mandato y las especiales contenidas en el artículo diez del Código de Procedimientos Civiles. Sobre el asunto, Rafael Larco Herrera revoca el poder que le cofirió al anterior doctor Luis J. Arangurí.
