También le informa que estará pendiente de la carta de los señores Graham, Rowe y Co. Asimismo, el notario Chepote certifica que Carlos Larco Herrera se ha negado a recibir el memorandum y los balances porque Rafael Larco H. no es gerente de la Negociación Larco Hermanos, de la que Carlos Larco H. forma parte y quien no ha autorizado que se formule este memorandum, ni la remisión de los balances.
