Testimonio de escritura de venta otorgado por Francisco del Pozo y Fernández, vecino y comerciante de Lima, a Ambrosio Albújar, de un esclavo negro llamado José contra quien, Manuel Portusagasti, subdelegado del partido del Cercado, sentenció su venta por el homicidio del indio Vicente Ramos (27/06/1792). Contiene declaración del comprador donde señala que el esclavo pertenece a Tomás Tardio, vecino de Ica. Ante y expedida por Juan Castañeda, escribano público.
